Snow days

We all know that it is a popular British pastime to speculate about the weather but if you are an employer you might be able to get one step ahead and prepare for those inevitable adverse weather conditions this coming winter and the havoc they can wreak on day to day business by putting in place an adverse weather policy. Making employees aware what is expected of them when they cannot get into work due to extreme weather will hopefully lessen the impact the weather has on the business.

The UK will keep the cold theme this week, with winds continuing to come in from the chilly east, but high pressure means it will stay mainly dry.”
